If your Windows 10 Reinstallation DVD is currently not available and you haven't installed your Windows 10 yet, please follow the instructions on how to make a bootable DVD for Windows 10 here.

If you have already installed your Windows 10, you can now activate it with the product key. The activation must be completed offline through the automated Microsoft phone system. Attempts for an online activation or an online transmission (SMS, MMS) of Installation-ID or Confirmation-ID could lead to the blocking of the OEM product key.

IMPORTANT : NO ONLINE ACTIVATION !  NO ACTIVATION ON NON-GENUINE, INCOMPLETE OR OTHERWISE DEFICIENT WINDOWS COPIES !  Online use of OEM keys will trigger an online error message such as 'Key is already used on another device', because the Online Database has only the OEM keys' initial outdated status 'Key is In-Factory-Pre-Installed'.

The installation and activation of Windows 10 is a complex task and many clients encounter difficulties with it. The task can be unsuccessful because of non-compliance with the activation instructions, typos, incorrect answers to possible questions, incomplete or erroneous Windows copy, or simply due to a malfunction of the Windows Phone System Server. The automated Activation Center System may see these errors as a "possible" license infringement and generate an error message in these cases. There are also clients, who by mistake undertake an online activation attempt with the OEM key. This will generate the respective online error message (see above) and could lead to the blocking of the OEM key.

If you by mistake undertake an online activation attempt or get an error message from the Windows Online- or Phone-System-Update Server :

1. Restart your PC, wait 10 minutes with your PC connected to Internet and check on Settings -> Update & Security -> Activation if your Windows was activated.

2. If Windows is not activated, take a picture/screenshot of the following screen on your PC and send same to us so that we could help you with the activation or replace the key : Right-click Start and click Command Prompt (Run as Administrator). This will open an Administrator's screen. Enter the following text in the Administrator's screen (you can copy it here and paste it there) : SLMGR.VBS /DLV  and press Enter. The required screen looks like this :
