On October 28, 2024, Super Micro Computer, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Third Amendment to Loan Agreement (the “Amendment”), by and among the Company and Cathay Bank, which amends the Loan Agreement, dated as of May 19, 2022 (as amended, the “Loan Agreement”).
